FAQ's:

Q: What makes your service any different from the other limo companies out there?

A: We specialize in wineries which are off-the-beaten-path and not available on the
typical tour. These wineries produce critically acclaimed wines and yet are not
easily accessible to the typical visitor of the Wine Country. Our extensive
relationships with wineries throughout Napa Valley and Sonoma allow us to provide
uniquely delicious and luxurious experiences that no other "limo" company can
offer. The Wine Country is not only our specialty, it is our passion.

Why should we pay Impact Tourz to take us winery touring when we can drive there
ourselves?

Impact Tourz tracks every vintage wine release in the Northern California Wine Country
and we will be taking you to private tastings of exceptional, highly rated wines - not the
latest grocery store releases. Also no "DUI" worries. We want everyone in your group to
participate in the pleasure of tasting the best wines in the world.

Q: Can we choose the wineries we want to visit?

A: Yes, you may customize your tour and choose any winery that is open to the
public. Keep in mind, some wineries require appointments several weeks in
advance, and we can not guarantee their availability. Most wineries allow "drop-in"
tastings without an appointment as long as your group size is six or less. If you
have a larger group, or plan on visiting more exclusive wineries, then we must make
arrangements with the wineries well in advance.

Q: We've never been to Napa or Sonoma before, can your staff plan the tour and
choose the best wineries for us?

A: Absolutely! Our pre-arranged tours are designed to meet such needs, and we can
also customize your tour to meet the needs of your individual group. Our staff will
ask you some basic questions, such as the types of wine you like, what you think
you'd like to see, and if you are a 1st time visitor or an experienced Wine Country
traveler. Then we use that information to begin planning a unique experience for
you.

Q: There's only two of us, are you going to put us in a car with other people?

A: No. We have many fun tours scheduled and they coordinate with special events
such as musical events and releases. If you decide to book your own tour with us,
you will have your own private limousine, towncar or luxury SUV, and your own
private driver/guide.

How much does it cost?

Typical 7- 8 hour touring day visiting three to five wineries and including at least one full
guided tour costs $95 per person. Some wineries charge a $5 - $10 tasting fee, which is
typically waived if wine is purchased.

How far ahead do we have to make reservations?

Our policy is to be as flexible and accommodating as possible, whenever possible, even at
the last minute. A one week notice is desirable and usually insures the availbility of
vehicles and prefered tour times. Private and Weekday touring is more relaxed and tasting
is usually conducted by the winemaker and/or owner.

What if we have to cancel or reschedule?

We will confirm the dates, locations and availability of each tour with you before we
complete your registration.

If you are unable to attend the tour for which you registered, please notify us as far in
advance as possible. Since we make reservations and other arrangements often involving
deposits, we do require at least a three day cancellation notice in order to refund your
payment or apply it to another tour.

Q: We went on one of your tours before, can we do something different on our next
trip?

A: You bet! We have many guests who visit Napa and Sonoma annually, and they
call upon us to provide them with another unique experience. With over 500
wineries, hundreds of places to dine, and numerous special events, no two Impact
Tourz are ever the same.
